Day 1: Drive from Dar es Salaam or Mikumi → Udzungwa
  • Early morning transfer from Dar es Salaam (6–7 hrs) or Mikumi (2 hrs)

  • Scenic drive through rural villages and mountain valleys

  • Arrive in time for lunch and a short forest orientation walk

  • Optional visit to a nearby village or river trail in the evening
    Accommodation: Eco-lodge or forest guesthouse near park gate

  • Early start with guided hike to Sanje Waterfalls (moderate difficulty)

  • Enjoy stunning views, swim in natural plunge pools, and picnic lunch by the falls
