Day 1: Mbeya Arrival → Transfer to Kitulo

  • Settle in and enjoy a sunset walk near the lodge

  • Full-day guided hike through the Kitulo grasslands, wildflower fields, and Njombe ridges

  • Spot endemic orchids (in season), sunbirds, and colorful butterflies

  • Picnic lunch on the trail with spectacular views

  • Morning trek to Matamba escarpment—excellent birdwatching and vistas
